You must be at least 23 years old. |

Live within service area. |
|
You should have two years of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience with an irregular route carrier. |
|
No DUI convictions |
|
No license suspensions in the last three years for a moving violation. |
|
No more than three moving violations in the last three years, with no more than two in the last 12 months. |
|
No more than one preventable accident in the last three years. |
|
No felony convictions. |
|
Current CDL within your home state. |
|
Pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen |

Safety Bonus pays $.005 per mile on all pay miles each quarter that a driver operates without an accident, moving violation, or an out of service violation. |

Mileage Bonus pays $.03 per mile on all pay miles based on a minimum of 10,000 miles measured in four week periods. |
|
Stop pay is $20 for all stops other than the original pick up and delivery. |
|
Layover pay up to $100 based on 24 hour idle time. |
|
Recruiting Bonus pays $500.00 for each driver you introduce to M&W who hires on and drives for six months. |

Our primary lanes run North and South ranging from Atlanta, Georgia to Minneapolis, Minnesota. WE DO NOT SERVE NEW YORK CITY!
Our freight is all dry van freight and is 95% no touch. Many of our loads are drop and hook. We provide truckload services for many companies including many Fortune 500 companies.
